To enhance your experience with NavX, NATUITION offers an optional SMA Extension Pole that allows you to carry your rover in a backpack. This setup can be especially useful in specific field situations where you need both hands free while performing measurements. The rover can easily be placed in an external backpack pocket, allowing you to hold the SMA extension pole in one hand and your smartphone in the other.

Included:
- Carbon fiber extension pole, length <0.60 m>
- Integrated SMA Male – SMA Female ultra-flexible low-loss coaxial cable, length 1 m
This product is strictly reserved for professional use.
Warranty: 1 year.

Why choose this accessory?

• Practical and compact for field measurements

The SMA Extension Pole allows the rover to operate without being held directly in your hand. It is designed primarily for backpack use and features a dedicated tip that protects the integrated cable. Although it is possible to hold the extension pole with the NavX mounted on it, this configuration is less convenient when using your smartphone simultaneously.

• Lightweight and durable thanks to carbon fiber and 3D-printed components

The carbon fiber tube provides excellent strength and impact resistance while remaining very lightweight. The 3D-printed end pieces are also robust and designed to prevent damage to the SMA cable.

• Easy to use and no additional antenna required

As its name suggests, this accessory extends your antenna positioning using the SMA cable already supplied with your NavX rover. The antenna is mounted at the end of the extension pole, while the NavX rover is connected to the remaining <0.30 m> section of cable.
